Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Pakistan, covering all major cities and most remote areas via our trusted courier partners.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- A standard flat delivery fee applies to all orders below Rs. 5,000.
- Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery agent upon arrival.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, factors such as weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods (e.g. Eid, sales) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
